Our Cancellation Policy

All reservations made through www.bohembalitravel.com, our partner agencies or sales representatives are protected within the framework of international consumer rights standards and applicable regulations.

Our booking, sales and cancellation conditions are prepared in line with tourism practices, consumer protection principles and the internal procedures of PT BOHEM BALI LIVING.

To make a reservation, you must be 18 years or older. If your booking includes multiple participants, it is sufficient for one person to complete the reservation; however, at the time of voucher/ticket issuance, it is important to confirm the total number of adults, children and infants, as well as the exact tour date and time.


Payment Methods

When making a reservation via www.bohembalitravel.com, you may use the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer / international wire,
  • Online credit or debit card payment,
  • In some cases, cash payment at the start of the tour (subject to the confirmation and rules of our local partners).

During national holidays and peak seasons, prepayment is strongly recommended to secure your booking.

Once your reservation is completed, you will receive an email stating “Your reservation has been processed”.


Booking Confirmation & Ticket / Voucher Delivery

After your booking is confirmed, a reservation confirmation email containing your payment details and all relevant booking information will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

If you do not receive this email or believe there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

For all services in Bali and surrounding regions, your tickets or tour vouchers will be delivered digitally via email and/or WhatsApp. Upon request, our local partners can also provide a printed voucher.

In case of need, your email confirmation or digital voucher is considered a valid ticket for joining the tour.


Reservation Changes

If an unforeseen situation requires a modification or cancellation, www.bohembalitravel.com reserves the right to adjust or cancel the service and will make every effort to notify you at least 24 hours in advance.

Changes requested by customers are always subject to availability and the approval of our local suppliers.


Cancellations by Our Company

Despite our best efforts, certain circumstances may lead to cancellation or postponement of a tour, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions,
  • Unexpected technical issues,
  • Natural disasters, governmental restrictions or other force majeure events.

In such cases, PT BOHEM BALI LIVING guarantees a full refund of the amount you have paid, or—if you prefer—your payment may be kept as a credit/voucher for a future booking.


Cancellations by Customers

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date:
    90% of the total amount will be refunded; 10% will be retained to cover banking and operational costs.
  • Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the tour date:
    50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date:
    No refund will be issued.
  • For bookings during public holidays and peak special periods:
    Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance, and in this case 90% of the total payment will be refunded, with 10% retained as expenses.

If a specific tour or package has different cancellation conditions, the terms stated on the product page shall prevail.


Passport & Visa Responsibility

For travel to Bali and Indonesia, it is the guest’s sole responsibility to ensure that their passport is valid and that the necessary visa, Visa on Arrival (VOA) or any other entry documents are obtained in accordance with current regulations. We strongly recommend checking the latest visa and passport rules before making a reservation.
